AvtoVAZ swings to 5 bln rbl IFRS net profit Jan–Sep

MOSCOW, Oct 22 (PRIME) -- Russian car producer AvtoVAZ posted a 5.367 billion ruble net profit in January–September against a 4.5 billion ruble net loss in the same period of 2017, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Monday.

The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the parent company amounted to 5.266 billion rubles after a loss of 4.542 billion rubles in the same period of 2017.

Revenue rose 25% to 198.7 billion rubles.
